We hope you love your Club Alta pieces. If something isn’t quite right, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in original condition.

A prepaid return label will be provided. Return shipping costs of €2.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges are free.
Refunds are processed within a few business days after receiving your return.
